美經濟學者：72%受調公司考慮將供應鏈遷出中國

【大紀元2018年11月25日訊】（大紀元記者譚安編譯綜合報導）美國經濟學者Chriss Street 針對「南華早報」一篇報導作出評論，他表示，若該報取得的調查結果可信，貿易戰已對在華企業造成明顯衝擊。
調查報告顯示，包括中國及國外企業都考慮長期將供應鏈遷出中國，並延遲投資計畫，大量企業外移中國可能是無法避免的趨勢。他總結報告當中的驚人數據：
在 219 家受訪公司當中，將有約 72% 的公司正在考慮將其供應鏈遷出中國；在所有受訪公司當中，占64%的公司計畫將製造業生產遷出中國。其中，有 70%的美國公司表示，計畫將製造業遷離中國。66%的公司考慮取消對中國的投資，有相當數量約 67%的公司表示他們會推遲或取消對美國的投資。
同篇報導指出，根據美國商會（American Chamber of Commerce）發布的中國商業環境白皮書內容顯示，受調查的公司包括多間中外企業，都相信貿易戰將持續超過一年。
Chriss Street 告訴本報，有傳言稱，為應對貿易戰衝擊，中國頂級經濟規畫專家提議，將大幅削減汽車關稅 50%。藉由砍半中國大陸的汽車關稅，使外國汽車的在中國的售價更加便宜。#
