美富豪不看好當前投資市場 他們把錢放哪裡

【大紀元2018年11月20日訊】（大紀元記者林南編譯報導）一位投資管理者說，美國超級富豪們並不看好當前的投資市場，他們的目標是通過在房地產和私募股權方面投資，以渡過難關。
據CNBC報導，投資俱樂部Tiger 21的創始人邁克爾·索南費爾特（Michael Sonnenfeldt）表示，根據其最新的資產配置報告，第三季度，Tiger 21成員將更多資金轉入房地產和私募股權。這些成員由來自各行業的六百多名企業家組成，擁有600億美元的資產。
其中，房地產占其資產配置的28%，而24%屬於私募股權。
「你想要保持防禦，但在低風險的環境中，你仍然需要承擔風險。因此，你將在你有經驗的領域投資：擁有建築物，建立小型企業。」索南費爾特上週四告訴CNBC。
由於對利率上升的擔憂，俱樂部成員們也削減了固定收入，僅占俱樂部配置的9%。俱樂部有23%的資金用於公共股權，5%用於對沖基金，10%放在現金上。
索南費爾特表示，成員們會面，並試圖弄清楚市場、企業和經濟發生了什麼，他們已經注意到從貨幣政策向財政政策的轉變。
然而，「通常情況下，當你發生這種轉變時，市場總會變得不穩定，你不會因為想要擁有更多的基礎設施而出現數萬億美元的赤字。」他補充道。
在投資公共股權方面，富人們轉向投資蘋果、亞馬遜、臉書和伯克希爾哈撒韋等公司的股票。
雖然科技業最近受到了打擊，但索南費爾特表示，科技股因其可擴展性而獨一無二。「本週早些時候進入熊市的亞馬遜今年仍然上漲了37%。同樣在週三（11月14日）進入熊市的蘋果今年迄今為止漲幅超過12％。」
索南費爾特稱，蘋果公司「堅如磐石」。至於亞馬遜，他評價說：「你還可以在桌面上找到一個購物中心嗎？它仍然是最好的選擇。」
然而，他承認，臉書現在面臨一些阻力，近期輿論對其聲譽造成打擊，並帶來監管可能性。上星期三，《紐約時報》發布了一份重磅報告，詳細說明該公司如何避免和轉移其對俄羅斯干涉美國大選及其它問題的責任。
索南費爾特說，當涉及到Tiger 21最受歡迎的投資領域時，醫療保健是繼續賺錢的「禮物」。
他說，此外，美國有「巨額財富」，人們將為提高生活質量而增加消費。#
